He has held senior HR roles across multiple sectors—including Logistics, Insurance, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Energy—gaining valuable insights into business dynamics and the strategic role of HR. Throughout his career, he has consistently embraced challenges, leveraging his people, business, and change leadership skills to drive impact across cross-functional teams.
Dr. Pant has held leadership positions at Mahanagar Gas Limited, HDFC ERGO General Insurance, and TNT India. He has also worked with semi-startup organizations, making significant contributions to the development of robust HR systems, processes, and policies.

Academically, he holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis International University and has been instrumental in shaping HR strategy and driving growth at SP Energy Pvt.
