Shalimar Corp Limited, one of Lucknow’s most trusted real estate brands, has appointed Divya Jain Uppal as Vice President – Human Resources and Administration.
With over two decades of extensive HR leadership experience, Divya has previously held key roles at Hero MotoCorp, where she played a pivotal role in talent management, business partnering, and implementing strategic HR initiatives across various regions.
In her new role at Shalimar, Divya will lead the human resources’ function, aligning people strategy with the company’s overall business goals. Her responsibilities will span talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compensation. As a strategic advisor to the executive team, she will also play a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture and driving people-centric initiatives.
Before joining Shalimar Corp, Divya took a short break from her professional journey to prioritize family commitments. Earlier, she served as General Manager – Human Resources at MKU, where she led key initiatives including the implementation of HRIS, development of talent strategies, and formulation of HR policies. Her most distinguished tenure was at Hero MotoCorp, where she spent over 24 years in various leadership roles, driving impactful people and business strategies.
