Shahi Exports has appointed Bopanna MV as Senior Manager – Human Resources (HR).

Bopanna has over 10 years of experience in finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent for various roles and functions. He is passionate about building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team that reflects the company’s vision and values.
Prior to joining Shahi Exports, Bopanna was a part of DaMENSCH as Head of Talent Acquisition from November 2020 to September 2025. He also served as a Program Manager for Meesho from October 2019 to February 2020.
In July 2018, Bopanna joined SolCen Technologies as a Talent Advisor. He was also associated with Allegis Global Solutions from August 2015 to June 2018 and held the position of Recruitment Relationship Manager – Onsite with Fidelity Investments.
For three years, Bopanna was a part of the Allegis Group. He joined it in August 2012 as an Internal Talent Acquisition expert. In August 2014, Bopanna became Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, which was followed by his appointment as Lead Talent Acquisition in February 2015. Additionally, Bopanna worked for Ocwen Financial Solutions as a Quality Analyst from September 2009 to November 2011.
