Scripbox has appointed Prabhanjan Kulkarni as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Kulkarni has over two decades of experience as an HR professional. He focuses on enhancing organisational effectiveness through coaching, talent development and employee experience, contributing to the company’s people-first culture. He has also worked with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Prior to joining Scripbox, Kulkarni had been associated with redBus for over six years. From March 2019 to November 2025, he was a part of the company as Head of HR. Before that, from March 2018 to March 2019, Kulkarni was with Ola as Associate Director of Human Resources.
In October 2009, Kulkarni joined Cisco as an HR Manager. He held this role for over 8 years until February 2018. In the past, he has also worked for Emerson Network Power, Infosys BPO, and Dotcom Software.
