Savills, a leading international provider of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate services, has appointed Tanvi Choksi as Chief People Officer, Asia Pacific. She joins from Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where as Chief Human Resources Officer she drove the people strategy for India’s largest vacation ownership company, aligning HR initiatives with business growth and partnering with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen culture, build scalable HR structures, and enhance employee engagement across resorts, sales, and corporate teams.
Tanvi brings a proven track record of transforming HR functions in global organizations. She has over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including Automobile, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer, and Real Estate. She is passionate about creating compelling employee experiences and aligning business objectives with innovative people solutions. Tanvi is skilled in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and organization design, with extensive experience in leading large teams and navigating complex matrix structures.
An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Tanvi Choksi began her career with Tata Motors as a management trainee in 2005, taking on the role of Human Resources Manager early in her journey. Tanvi has also worked at JLL, where she led the people strategy for the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Markets and Capital Markets business lines across a workforce of 43,000 employees. Her career also includes leadership roles at Monsanto and Johnson & Johnson, further establishing her as a seasoned HR leader.
