SAVE Solutions has appointed Kamlesh Prasad as Group Head – Human Resources (HR).
Prasad has over 20 years of expertise in banking, financial services, insurance, and manufacturing sectors. He specialises in HR strategy, policy and process design, HR administration, change management, organisational development, HR systems, and employee engagement.

Before joining SAVE Solutions, Prasad was a part of Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth. He joined the company in January 2024 as Vice President – Human Resources.
For over five years, Prasad was associated with Sindhuja Microcredit. He started working there as Deputy Vice President – Human Resources & Training in April 2018 and was then promoted to Senior Deputy Vice President – Human Resources & Training in April 2021.
From June 2016 to March 2018, Prasad was a part of AU Small Finance Bank as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources. He was also affiliated with Pearson from March 2013 to June 2016 as Manager – HR.
Prasad was with Max Life Insurance Company from November 2006 to March 2013 as Deputy Manager – Human Resources. He also worked at Haldiram Snacks as an HR Executive from June 2004 to November 2006.
