SarvaGram has promoted Spandan Rathod to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Rathod has been a part of SarvaGram for nearly two years. She joined the company in January 2024 as Vice President (VP), Corporate HR, a role she continues to hold.
Prior to joining SarvaGram, Rathod was working as a Partner for VirtualCHRO from April 2023 to December 2023. From May 2019 to December 2022, she was affiliated with Nium as Head People Experience | Talent | L&OD | Internal Communication.
In February 2019, Rathod joined DHL SmartTrucking as Head of Talent & L&OD, retaining the position until May 2019. She also worked for Maersk Global Services Centres from November 2015 to February 2019 as Site Lead & COE, Senior Partner.
For over seven years, Rathod was associated with Firstsource Solutions Limited. In April 2008, she joined the company as Senior Consultant/Manager – L&OD. Rathod retained the role until July 2014, when she was promoted to Senior Manager/ L&OD Consultant.
From 2007 to 2008, Rathod worked with Domestic & General as Senior Process Lead. She was also associated with Firstsource Solutions as a Technical Support Executive from September 2005 to October 2006.
