Wingreens Farms has named Sangeeta Mukherjee as the Group Head of Human Resources for its group companies under Wingreens World, which include Wingreens, Raw Pressery, and Wingreens Harvest.

Sangeeta brings over two decades of diverse experience across industries and geographies, spanning Organization Strategy and Business Partnering, Manpower Planning and Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, Employee Benefits and Experience, OD Interventions and Change Management, Employer Branding and EVP, as well as HR Operations and Compliance. Prior to this new role, she served as Head – HR Business Partner & Operations at Carrier Midea India, where she oversaw HRBP and HR operations across the country, covering the manufacturing unit, corporate office, and regional offices. In this role, she drove people strategies and practices aimed at fostering an employee-centric, high-performance culture, with a strong focus on empowerment, continuous learning, productivity, valuing people, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Her other previous roles at DS Group, Genpact, Honeywell, Indiabulls Group and UL Solutions have enriched her experience in leading diverse teams across multiple locations.
