Reena Dhir Arora has been appointed as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition at Sagility, a consulting firm specializing in outsourcing and offshoring. In this role, she will lead the company’s recruitment strategy and workforce planning initiatives.
Reena brings over 20 years of experience in designing and scaling recruitment strategies across Technology, Healthcare, Finance, and Shared Services. She is passionate about aligning talent with business growth and has expertise in high-volume hiring, recruitment transformation, and diversity initiatives. With a blend of operational excellence and strategic vision, Reena builds future-ready talent ecosystems. Reena also brings extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition, Global Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning, Talent Analytics, Large-Scale Hiring, People Management, and Market Intelligence.
Before joining Sagility, Reena served as Head of Talent Acquisition – Technology & Shared Services at Providence India. Prior to that, she spent more than eight years at Optum, rising to Associate Director – Talent Acquisition and overseeing high-volume, global hiring operations in Gurugram. She has also held leadership roles at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, Profinders HR Services, and Jobs Avenue HR Services, having begun her career with Mahindra Satyam BPO and Startek India (Aegis Global).
