RR Kabel has appointed Kamaljeet Kaur as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over 23 years of experience as a people and culture leader, Kaur has worked in a variety of industries, including automobile, infrastructure, FMCG, services, and renewable energy. She is well-versed in strategic HR leadership, people development, talent management, team leadership, and strategic HR planning.
Before RR Kabel, Kaur worked for Gensol Group from July 2023 to April 2025 as Chief People Officer. She was also associated with Sterlite Power for over six years, having joined the company in April 2017 as Leader – Human Resource Business Partner. In October 2017, Kaur became Head HR -Global Infrastructure and was promoted to Chief Human Resource Officer in May 2021. This was followed by her ascension to Director and Group Chief Human Resources Officer in June 2022.
From September 2021 to July 2023, Kaur was also associated with Serentica as Chief Human Resources Officer. She was a part of Jubilant FoodWorks from July 2013 to April 2017 as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources. Additionally, Kaur worked for Heidelberg Cement, HDFC Bank, Wrigley, and Hero MotoCorp.
