Royaloak Incorporation has appointed Raghunandan Berkadavu as its Head of Learning and Organisation Development, to strengthen the company’s focus on capability building, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
In his new role at Royaloak, he will focus on building scalable learning ecosystems, strengthening leadership pipelines, and enabling organisational readiness to support the company’s growth and transformation agenda.
Raghunandan brings extensive experience in learning, talent management and organisation development, with a strong grounding in the retail and consumer-facing sectors.
Prior to joining Royaloak, he was associated with Wildcraft India, where he spent several years in progressive leadership roles within the learning function. During his tenure, he led enterprise-wide learning and talent initiatives, designed capability and leadership frameworks, and implemented performance-driven learning interventions across multiple business verticals.
He has also worked with brands, namely Landmark Group, Apparel Group (UAE), Coffee Day Group, Chumbak Design Pvt. Ltd., Vishnugupta VishwaVidyaPeetham, and Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts (SaPa).
He is an HR 100 Under 40 awardee, an HR 40 Under 40 certified professional, and holds an EP-SHRM certification.
