Before joining Rooter, Rucchika co-founded a lifestyle startup with like-minded professionals, focusing on selling designer garments and fashion jewelry online with a strong, differentiated value proposition. In this role, she gained hands-on experience across all aspects of business management, including brand building, product development, pricing, procurement, partnerships, and finance. Her ROI-driven approach led her to explore innovative ways of reaching targeted Indian and global audiences through digital and emerging technologies.
Earlier in her career, Rucchika served as Assistant Brand Manager at Aircel, where she managed thematic and tactical communication campaigns, strengthening brand positioning through consumer insight-led strategies. She began her professional journey in the advertising industry, taking on client servicing roles at reputed agencies. Academically, she holds an Advanced Programme in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
