Revolt Motors has appointed Parul Pruthi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Pruthi was a proud part of Marelli for over 15 years before joining Revolt Motors. She joined Magneti Marelli Powertrain India in April 2010 as an Assistant Manager. From April 2010 to March 2011, Pruthi was also a Senior HR Generalist at Magneti Marelli SpA – Electronic Systems and Powertrain.
In August 2012, Pruthi became Deputy Manager-HR for Magneti Marelli Powertrain India, followed by her ascension to HR Manager in February 2014. From September 2014 to June 2025, Pruthi served as Head of HR at Marelli’s India Technical Research and Development Centre. In this position, she oversaw all HR and general administration functions while maintaining a conducive environment.

As I turn this page, I carry forward lessons in resilience, the joy of building something from nothing and the irreplaceable value of relationships,” Pruthi expressed her gratitude in a farewell post.
From January 2006 to October 2008, Purthi was associated with Aon Hewitt. She started at the company as a Production Support Analyst and PeopleSoft HR Consultant. She held the former position until February 2007.
