As SYSTRA India continues to shape the future of mobility and infrastructure, we look forward to the experience, perspective, and leadership she brings to our organisation. Join us in extending a warm welcome to Renu Bohra as she begins this new journey with us,” SYSTRA said on LinkedIn.

She joins SYSTRA India from National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings), where she served as CHRO and led strategic HR initiatives and organisational transformation efforts across the business.

Before NBC Bearings, Bohra spent more than 13 years with DB Schenker, the global logistics company, in a series of senior HR leadership positions, including Chief People Officer, Senior Director HR, and Director Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving high-performance cultures, capability development, organisation design, employee engagement, and large-scale HR transformation initiatives that supported the company’s India growth.

Earlier in her career, Bohra held HR leadership roles at Blue Star Limited, where she served as Deputy General Manager HR for North India and East India, managing HR operations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and regional people strategies.

Across her career, Bohra has driven large-scale people transformation initiatives, strengthened leadership capabilities, enabled inclusive workplace cultures, and aligned HR strategies with business growth and operational excellence.
