Suman Singh has joined Reliance Foundation as Vice President & Head of Human Resources. In her new role, she will lead people strategy, culture transformation, and leadership development initiatives to support Reliance Foundation’s mission of creating an inclusive, high-performing, and future-ready organization. Previously, she served as Vice President – Human Resources (Technology and IT) at Vodafone Idea Limited, where she was instrumental in designing people strategies, driving workforce transformation, and advancing future-skills development.
Suman has previously worked with Reliance Industries Limited and SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., bringing extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, talent transformation, and culture building across large-scale organizations.
At Reliance Industries Limited, she effectively managed HR functions spanning manufacturing, technology, and R&D, with a focus on leadership development and employee engagement. Before that, at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., she deepened her expertise in talent acquisition, learning, and organizational development. Suman graduated from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and is recognized for her thoughtful, people-first leadership style.
