Relaxo Footwears has appointed Manju Kohli as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With over 20 years of experience across high-growth, complex, and multinational environments, Kohli specialises in end-to-end HR transformation- redesigning operating models, implementing HR tech, and building capability across sectors including tech, media, education, agri-tech, and manufacturing.
Kohli is skilled in managing post-merger/de-merger/ acquisition integration. During the process, she aligns cultures, systems, and structures with business and investor priorities. Her emphasis lies on leaner, more efficient operations, greater innovation, and a results-oriented, performance-driven mindset.
Prior to joining Relaxo, Kohli had been a part of Terviva from May 2024 to August 2025 as Senior Vice President, People & Culture. She was also associated with UWC South East Asia from 2017 to 2023 as CHRO. Kohli had joined Pearson in 2013 and retained the role of Vice President Human Resources until 2017.
From 2008 to 2012, Kohli worked for HR Media as Chief People Officer- Digital Media & Mobile Solutions. She was also associated with Carlsberg Group from 2006 to 2008 as Head of Human Resources & Industrial Relations. Kohli has also worked for Oracle Financial Services Software, Actis, and ITC Limited.
