Red Nucleus has promoted Anvesh Apale to Global Head – Talent Strategy, effective July 2025.

Apale has been a part of Red Nucleus for over seven years. He joined the company in September 2018 as Director – Human Resources, and retained the position until his recent promotion.
In his new role, Apale will steer the company’s global talent agenda to align with business priorities, driving growth across regions and units. He combines strategic vision with operational rigour to build a high-performing, diverse, and future-ready workforce.
Before he joined Red Nucleus, Apale was a part of Capgemini. From December 2016 to September 2018, he worked there as Manager of Talent Acquisition. Apale was also associated with Wipro for over three years. He joined the company in Lead HR (Global Strategic Hiring) in June 2013 and then became a Talent Acquisition Specialist in December 2015.
From March 2010 to May 2012, Apale was with United Health Group as a Senior Analyst. He also worked for Infosys Technologies from August 2007 to March 2010 as a Senior Systems Engineer.
