Reckitt has appointed Gaurav Khanna as HR Director, Supply Emerging Markets.

In his new role, Khanna will lead the people agenda for end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain across South Asia, ASEAN, Africa, MENARP, Greater China & North Asia in further strengthening people practices & accelerating transformation across Emerging Markets Supply Organization.

Prior to joining Reckitt, Khanna had been a part of Nestlé for over 22 years. He started working for the company in June 2003 as a Management Trainee and became an Assistant Manager of Human Resources in February 2004. In August 2005, Khanna was appointed as HR Manager, South India Sales Branch.
Nestlé went on to appoint Khanna as Factory Human Resources Manager in May 2008. This was followed by his becoming Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager in August 2010. In August 2013, Khana became Senior Corporate HR Manager – Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and then Head HR – Manufacturing & Corporate Functions | Organisation Design & Change Lead – South Asia in July 2015.
From August 2020 to July 2023, Khanna was with Nestlé as VP – Business Process Support. He was given the role of Zone HR Business Partner for Asia, Oceania, Africa | Organisation Design & Change Management in August 2023. In August 2025, Khanna became Head of Employee Relations South Asia Region | Change Management, and he held the role until January 2026.
