Raymond JK Maini Engineering has appointed Priya Manoj Kandoth as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

I’m happy to share that I’ve joined the Raymond Group as HR Leader for Raymond JK Maini Engineering, focusing on Aerospace and Auto Components, based in Bangalore.”

Before joining Raymond JK Maini Engineering, Kandoth was with Bridgestone India from August 2019 to November 2024 as Head – People & Culture. She has also been a Managing Partner & HR Strategy Consultant with Urjja since January 2010. With Urjja, Kandoth has led projects for over 50 clients across various sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, real estate, retail, and services.
From June 2010 to June 2012, Kandoth was a part of Duron Energy as Consulting Vice President – Human Resources. She was also associated with Ingersoll Rand from July 2007 to December 2009 as Director – Corporate Human Resources | Talent & OD. Additionally, Kandoth has served as General Manager of HR from 2004 to 2007 for Aditya Birla Nuvo. Her past workplaces include ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, American President Lines, and HCL.
