Ravi Prakash has joined K Drive Mobility Solutions as Director and Head-Human Resources, stepping in to lead people strategy, talent management, and organisational transformation at the Bharat Forge Group company. He moves into the role after more than three and a half years heading HR for the bio energy business at Pune-based Praj Industries.
Prakash is a physics graduate who went on to complete an MHRM from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. His HR career began in 2010 at Adani Power as an Associate Manager, where he spent close to eight years on talent acquisition, change initiatives, performance management, and succession planning.
In July 2019, Prakash moved to Imerys as India HR Senior Manager, based in Nagpur, running HR operations for Calderys India, a subsidiary of the Imerys Group. Within about a year, he was elevated to India Head-HR Operations, taking charge of HR across all of the group’s business entities in the country for over three and a half years. The work there spanned HR transformation programmes, compensation and rewards, and global HR system rollouts.
He then joined Praj Industries as Head of HR for Bio Energy, where he built and ran people strategies tied to business growth, talent management, compliance, leadership capability, and culture.
