Ravi Parkash has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Tenon Group.
In this role, he will oversee key people initiatives, focusing on strengthening HR strategy, organisational development, and workforce transformation across the company’s operations in India.
Before taking on this position, Parkash served as Group Head of Human Resources at GroupL Services, where he led core HR functions and people initiatives.
His earlier tenure at Tenon Group included leadership roles such as Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, during which he contributed to succession planning, talent management, and process improvement efforts.
He began building his HR career at Uno Minda as Deputy Manager – HRD, gaining experience across both manufacturing and corporate environments. His appointment underscores Tenon Group’s continued focus on reinforcing its people leadership as the organisation scales its business operations.
