Randstad GCC has appointed Ankur Sud as Head, Talent Services Group. In the new role, he will lead the operations, digital innovation, and global talent delivery, while strengthening Randstad’s goal of connecting global talent with the leading employers in the world.
With over 20 years of experience, Sud is expected to lead Randstad GCC’s marketing, finance, human resources, and operations to build a future ready workforce.
The announcement was made by Sud on his LinkedIn profile. Prior to this, he has served companies namely Carestream Health India, Agilent Technologies, InterGlobe Technologies, American Express, and others in several leading positions.
He has served Agilent Technologies for more than eight years in roles like Senior Service Delivery Leader, Service Delivery Leader, Senior Manager Projects, Compliance and Quality, and Manager Commercial Services Operations. Per a LinkedIn post by CXO Lanes he also enabled key GTM initiatives, M&A integrations, and P&L improvements through strong operational governance and automation-led efficiency.
He has also held significant roles at InterGlobe Technologies and American Express, spanning finance, global operations, pre-sales, bid management, strategic projects, and customer experience. Known for building high-performing teams and leading enterprise transformation across geographies, Ankur now brings his operational expertise and leadership vision to further strengthen Randstad’s global talent services architecture.
