Ramraj Cotton has appointed Suresh Babu S as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it focuses on long-term organisational growth.
In his new role, Suresh Babu will oversee the company’s people strategy, HR governance, talent development, and employee relations, helping build a stronger workforce framework to support the brand’s expanding business operations.
He brings over 27 years of experience in human resources leadership, having worked across multiple industries and organisations. Before joining Ramraj Cotton, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Bonfiglioli India, Economic Times reported.
Over the course of his career, he has also held HR leadership roles at companies such as Danfoss, Schneider Electric, Reliance Retail, Areva T&D, POS Hyundai Steel Manufacturing India, and Majestic Furnishing Company, gaining expertise in organisational development, talent management, and strategic HR operations.
Suresh Babu holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Madras School of Social Work.
Alongside this appointment, Ramraj Cotton has also strengthened its leadership team with several other senior hires, including appointments in technology, marketing, and operations roles.
