Ramee Group of Hotels appoints Bhushan Dalvi as Deputy Manager – Corporate Human Resources. In this role, he will bolster the leadership team as the brand continues its expansion across India and the Middle East.

Bhushan brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector. He previously served as People Manager at Soho House & Co, where he played a pivotal role in designing retention strategies, succession planning, and career development programs. He was also instrumental in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and strengthening workplace culture. Before his tenure at Soho House & Co, Bhushan held key positions at several renowned organizations, including WAH Restaurants and Galaxy Entertainment.

Talking about his new position, he stated, “I am thrilled to be joining the Ramee Group and collaborating with our incredible teams to establish a culture where individuals enjoy what they do, and the business excels. The group’s size and diversity are great opportunities to reinforce HR architectures, advance strategic talent management, and coordinate people practices with business goals.”
