Quess Corp has appointed Dr. Israel Inbaraj.F as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Compliance Officer, effective August 4, 2025.
“After a fulfilling stint at Adani Group, I have joined Quess Corp Ltd – Bangalore as ‘Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer’, effective 4th August 2025,” Dr. Inbaraj shared on LinkedIn.
Prior to joining Quess Corp, Dr. Inbaraj was a part of the Adani Group for over three years. From July 2022 to July 2025, he served as Group Head – HR Compliance, including industrial and employee relations (IR and ER).
“As I prepare to transition from Adani Group to a new organisation in Bangalore, I pause to reflect on a journey filled with purpose, learning, and transformation. My career change is guided by personal priorities, but the relationships, insights, and shared accomplishments here will always remain close to my heart,” Dr. Inbaraj said when talking about his exit from the company.
From August 2014 to June 2022, Dr. Inbaraj worked for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as General Manager- HR. Before that, he was Group Manager – HR at Aditya Birla Nuvo from July 2011 to August 2014.
In April 2008, Dr. Inbaraj joined Caterpillar India as HR Manager and retained the position until July 2011. From 2006 to 2008, he was affiliated with GE India Industrial Private Limited as HR Manager. In the past, Dr. Inbaraj has also been associated with APC India, Delphi Automotives, and Pricol.
