QualiZeal, a prominent digital quality engineering services company, has appointed Venka Reddy as its Chief People Officer.
Reddy’s appointment is a part of QualiZeal’s global expansion strategy that aims to expand its workforce to over 3,500 employees by 2028. As the Chief People Officer, Reddy will focus on strengthening the company’s culture and values across its global operations.
With Reddy at the helm, QualiZeal hopes to provide its clients with consistent, high-quality digital solutions that drive business impact. Presently, the company caters to a diverse set of clients from different sectors, including banking and financial services, healthcare, telecom, travel and hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce. Reddy will oversee global people functions, talent acquisition, HR operations, HR business partnering, and learning and development initiatives.

Before he became a part of QualiZeal, Reddy was the Vice President and Head of HR for Coforge. He had joined the company in January 2022 and remained there until April 2025. Reddy worked with Infosys for over a decade, serving as the Global HR Business Partner and Location HR Head from February 2012 to January 2022. He has also worked with Bajaj Finserv, CURA Software Solutions, Capgemini, Indian Register of Shipping, Stockholding Corporation of India, and Viceroy (Marriott Hyderabad).
