PwC India has named Priya Ramdev as Partner – Human Capital. In this role, she will help shape the future of human capital consulting, focusing on culture building, talent analytics, and organizational effectiveness to drive lasting impact and support clients in creating sustainable growth.
Priya brings nearly two decades of experience, combining strategic business acumen with data-driven problem-solving, an impact-focused mindset, and a passion for people development and creating empathetic workplaces. She has successfully supported business goals through periods of growth, restructuring, and operating model changes, while setting up new business units and leading large-scale talent initiatives—ranging from culture transformation to building next-gen HR capabilities in Talent Analytics and Digital HR.
Priya also holds extensive expertise across People Strategy, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, HR Business Partnering, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Rewards, Employee Experience & Culture, Talent Management, Competency and Career Development, Change Management, Talent Analytics, and Digital HR.
Before joining PwC India, Priya served as Chief People Officer at McKinsey & Company. She has also held senior leadership positions at Accenture, where she spent over 15 years driving HR strategy, business partnering, and talent enablement, along with earlier experience at Citi. Additionally, Priya is the Founder of Leadership Prism, through which she advises and coaches leaders and organizations on transformation and building resilience.
