PwC Acceleration Center India has appointed Flavy Sequeira as Director – Learning and Development.

Prior to joining the PwC Acceleration Center India, Sequeira had been associated with BNP Paribas for over 5 years. She joined the company in March 2020 as Manager – Learning and Development. In March 2022, she became Assistant Vice President, followed by her ascension to Vice President – Learning and Development in March 2024.
“March 2020, I walked into BNP Paribas, right when the world was changing, filled with uncertainty. What I found was a place that challenged me and shaped some of the most meaningful chapters of my career,” Sequeira said in her farewell post.
“As I close this chapter, I look back with gratitude for the wins I am extremely proud of, broader perspectives, lessons I needed to learn, and relationships I know will last far beyond any job title. Being recognised as a high potential, exploring new paths through internal mobility and consistently stepping outside my comfort zone, this place has shaped the professional I am today!”
Sequeira was with KPMG India for over 8 years. She was appointed to the Resource Management in July 2011. In December 2013, she shifted to the Learning & Development – Human Resources team. Additionally, Sequeira worked for Tata Communications from January 2011 to July 2011 as a Human Resources Associate.
