Publicis Groupe has promoted Abhishek Sawant to Director and Lead – Talent Acquisition.

With over 14 years of experience, Sawant is skilled in talent acquisition, people management, HR policies, and business partnerships across various sectors, including pharma, hospitality, retail, and communication. Overall, Sawant believes in creating spaces where employees can grow, learn, and contribute to the success of the clients and the company.
Sawant has been a part of Publicis Groupe for over 3 years. He joined the company in November 2021 as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and retained the position until October 2022. In November 2022, he was appointed as Associate Director and Lead – Talent Acquisition, a position he had held until his recent promotion.
Before Publicis Groupe, Sawant was a part of Adfactors PR from November 2017 to November 2021, completing over four years at the company. From February 2015 to August 2017, he worked as Assistant Manager, People Office at Future Group India.
In January 2013, Sawant started working at Westin Hotels and Resorts as an HR Executive, retaining the role until January 2015. He was also affiliated with Sofitel from October 2011 to September 2012 as HR Coordinator. From April 2010 to September 2011, Sawant was a Recruitment Executive at Net Employment Services.
