Sugandha Sharma has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Publicis Global Delivery (PGD). Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is Publicis Groupe’s premier globally connected capability platform, bringing together talent, technology, and operations to deliver exceptional solutions for clients. With expertise spanning media, data, technology, commerce, and production, PGD operates across all regions worldwide.
In her new role, Sugandha will be responsible for driving PGD’s global talent strategy, with an emphasis on leadership development, enhancing employee experience, and fostering an inclusive, people-centric culture. She will also spearhead strategic efforts to attract, retain, and nurture top talent in alignment with the company’s growing digital and creative capabilities.
Sugandha brings 15 years of core IT HR experience, specializing in HR business partnering and organizational development. Before joining PGD, she served as General Manager – Employee Experience Practice at Cognizant for nearly two years. She began her career in May 2007 as a Management Trainee (HR Business Partner) at Perot Systems, where she was responsible for campus recruitment initiatives. Sugandha has also been associated with well-known organizations such as Wipro, Mastek Ltd., and DMI (Digital Management, LLC).
Academically, Sugandha completed a programme in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (2023–2024). She also holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development (2005–2007), where she served as the Senior Placement Coordinator.
