Publices Groupe India has appointed Divya Kathuria as the new VP- Learning, Capability Development & Talent Management.
With over two decades of experience across human capital consulting, organisational development, learning & talent management, she brings a rich cross-industry perspective to her new role.
Announcing on LinkedIn, Kathuria wrote, “In my role, I will be leading strategic efforts to strengthen our learning culture, accelerate capability development and empower our people to realise their fullest potential.”
Before joining Publicis, Divya spent more than seven years at JioStar (formerly Viacom18 Media Private Limited), where she served as Associate Vice President of Learning, Organisation Development & Talent Engagement. There, she led significant initiatives involving AI-powered learning interventions, created a structured skill taxonomy, redefined the employer value proposition (EVP), and launched leadership development programmes that strengthened managerial capability.
Before her media-industry roles, Divya has held key positions with consulting and corporate firms, including EY, Mercer, and IBM — enriching her expertise in talent advisory, organisational design, and human capital consulting.
In her role at Publicis Groupe India, Divya will lead the company’s learning and capability agenda — shaping integrated learning frameworks, driving capability-building efforts, and executing strategic talent-management initiatives to nurture a culture of continuous learning, development, and excellence across the organisation.
