Procter & Gamble (P&G) Health has announced that its Human Resources (HR) Leader, Anit Singh, will be stepping down from his position, effective September 30, 2025.
Following this move, Singh will be moving to Tokyo to take up a regional role in P&G as Director- Human Resources, SK II- Japan and Tokyo. Presently, Singh is based in Mumbai as Director and Head HR – P&G Health India.
Singh’s association with P&G started in December 2018, when he joined as Manager HR-Healthcare Integration, PHC ER,LR, Talent Practice and HRBP-ISC Healthcare & Grooming Biz. In July 2020, he was elevated to Senior Manager, HR – Grooming & Healthcare Business, and Program Manager – Healthcare HR Integration
In September 2020, Singh was appointed as Director HR – Product Supply, Mandideep | Fem Care Supply Chain HR- Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMA), a role he retained until August 2020.
Effective October 1, 2025, Sanika Gokhale will take over the role of HR Leader from Singh.
Gokhale has been a part of P&G for over 7 years. Presently, she serves as Director – Human Resources, ISC Talent Practice and AMA Equality & Inclusion, a position she was appointed to in October 2022.
In September 2018, Gokhale joined P&G as Manager Human Resources. She was then promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager in January 2019 and to Senior Human Resources Manager in March 2020.
From November 2021 to October 2022, Gokhale served as Director – HR, HR Ops & India HR Digitisation, Brand Operations and Baby Care HR BAM and P&G. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
