Premier Energies has appointed Niyathi Madasu as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Madasu has been associated with Premier Energies for over five years. She joined the company in April 2020 as the CHRO. However, in July 2022, she left the position and instead became a member of the company’s Board of Directors in August 2022. Madasu retook the CHRO position with her recent appointment and continues to be a part of the company’s board.
From July 2022 to August 2024, Madasu was also a part of ECLAT Health Solutions as Vice President of Human Resources. She was also a part of Dalberg from June 2019 to April 2020 as Human Capital Leader for Asia. In July 2010, Madasu joined Aegon Life and worked there as Head – Learning & Development until August 2013.
Madasu joined Tata Sons in October 2009 as an Organisation Development Specialist and retained the position until July 2010. She was also affiliated with Capgemini from March 2007 to October 2009 as Assistant Manager – Organisation Development. From June 2004 to March 2007, Madasu worked for METRO Cash & Carry India as Senior Executive, Human Resources.
