Preeti Jain has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Adani Group’s Global Capability Centre (Adani GCC). A well-regarded figure in the HR community, Jain brings over 25 years of diverse experience across all major HR functions and strategic initiatives.
Before joining Adani GCC, Jain served as Vice President – HR at Airtel for over three years, where she led strategic initiatives for the network team. As part of the leadership team, she played a key role in team building, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture, and establishing effective HR processes and policies.
At Adani GCC, Jain will focus on strengthening the team and fostering a performance-driven culture. She will also spearhead transformation and automation initiatives to develop a world-class GCC and establish it as a leading talent hub.
Jain’s prior leadership roles include Director of Human Resources at Huawei Telecommunications India. She also served as Assistant Director of HR for Huawei’s Network and Enterprise Business Group, where she led a team of over 4,000 employees as Head of HR Business Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management. Alongside this, she brings extensive experience collaborating with leadership teams across diverse sectors—including IT, Telecom, and Semiconductors—and across various regions such as the USA, UK, China, and Southeast Asia.
