Preeti Gautam has been appointed Head – Talent Acquisition at Usha International, a leader in Fast Moving Consumer Durables including products like Fans, Sewing Machines, Home Appliances, and Power Products. In her new role, she will lead the Talent Acquisition function with a strategic emphasis on senior leadership hiring, employer branding, and workforce planning.
Previously, Preeti was Associate Partner at Lighthouse Search OPC Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Lighthouse Partners). She has also held roles at prominent organizations including MTS Group, Reliance Communications, and Bharti Airtel.
With over 20 years of experience, Preeti specializes in driving scalable hiring strategies, shaping employer brands, and aligning talent initiatives with business goals. She is skilled in full-cycle recruitment, building high-performing TA teams, embedding DE&I practices, and managing complex organizational transformations. Preeti also has a proven track record across consulting and corporate roles in telecom, technology, and services sectors. Academically, Preeti holds an MBA in Management from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
