Pidilite Industries has appointed Sahdev Bhatt as Chief of Talent Acquisition.

Prior to joining Pidilite, Bhatt was with DP World, where he served as Senior Director & Head, Talent Acquisition – SCO, from December 2024 to December 2025. He was also a part of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India from September 2023 to January 2025 as Head, Talent Acquisition.
For over 6 years, Bhatt was a part of Tata Motors. He joined the company in March 2017 as Deputy General Manager (Lead Talent Acquisition) – Human Resources and then became Deputy General Manager (Lead Business Partner HR) – Sales & Marketing – CVBU in June 2021.
In May 2010, Bhatt joined Adani Power as Associate Manager – Strategic HR Partner – CHRO’s Office. He was also associated with Pipavav Shipyard from May 2008 to June 2010 as an Executive HR.
