PI Industries has appointed Piccolo R. Momin as Head HR – AgChem Brands.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR – AgChem Brands at PI Industries Ltd,” Momin shared on LinkedIn. In his new role as HR Partner to the CEO, Brands India, he will be leading a cross-country team partnering for the AgChem business.
Before he joined PI Industries, Momin was a part of UltraTech Cement. She worked at the company from February 2025 to March 2026 as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources. While there, he led a team of HR partners and rewards professionals.
For over 8 years, Momin was associated with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. He was first appointed as Manager HR | Global Performance & Engagement CoE, Early Careers and then became Senior Manager HR | Global Performance & Rewards CoE in August 2018. Momin was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager | HRBP in July 2021 and then to Deputy General Manager | Global HR Tech, Policies, Analytics & PMS CoE in July 2023.
From June 2015 to July 2016, Momin worked for Dell EMC as a Senior HR Generalist | HRBP. He joined Wipro in June 2013 as an Assistant Manager, HR | HRBP. Momin has an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
