P&G India is promoting Robin Thadathil to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

“I’m incredibly excited and truly honoured to embark on this new chapter with P&G, returning to India. This position presents a unique, unprecedented chance to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translating our integrated growth strategy into reality. I will put my best foot forward to continue the legacy of people practices in India,” said Thadathil on his promotion, which will be effective April 1, 2026.

Thadathil succeeds PM Srinivas, who will be stepping down to pursue other interests. In his new role, Thadathil will lead P&G India’s HR function, overseeing talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational capability across the FMCG major’s India operations.

For over 15 years, Thadathil has been associated with P&G, having joined the company in July 2010 as Associate Manager, Asia HR Operations. He has over 16 years of experience in various HR roles across global markets, including Singapore, the US, and Southeast Asia. His most recent role involved leading HR for the Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam businesses as Senior Director of Human Resources.

Prior to that, Thadathil served as Human Resources Director for P&G’s Club and Amazon businesses in Seattle, partnering with senior leadership on a business exceeding $8 billion in scale. Throughout his time with P&G, he has focused on analytics, executive compensation, and diversity initiatives.

An alumnus of Nanyang Technological University, Thadathil holds a master’s degree in International Political Economy from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Business Studies.
