
PepsiCo has appointed Nidhima M as Senior Director, HR for India, Bangladesh and Nepal, effective July 2026. Based in Gurugram, she takes on a regional people leadership mandate across the three South Asian markets.
In the role, Nidhima will partner with PepsiCo leadership to strengthen organisational capability and align talent strategy with business priorities across the Foods and Beverage business. Her remit places the HR function at the centre of building leadership pipelines, organisational agility and future skills as the business navigates evolving market and operating demands.

Nidhima joins PepsiCo after nearly four years at Amazon, where she was Senior Manager HR and People Partner for the company’s global Stores Customer Experience teams, leading HR support across operations in Delhi, Pune, Chandigarh and Hyderabad. At Amazon, she drove organisation-design programmes in India and globally, led the people agenda for the integration of Frontizo following a transition of more than 1,800 employees, and introduced workforce initiatives including the FlexUp policy.
Earlier, Nidhima was Head of Human Resources, India at Revolut, and before that held global and India HR leadership roles at Unilever spanning M&A, finance, technology and operations. Her career reflects a focus on large-scale organisation design, transformation and workforce innovation across consumer goods, technology, financial services and e-commerce.
