PeerIslands has appointed Parthasarathy R as Global Head – Talent Acquisition.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Head – Talent Acquisition PeerIslands,” Parthasarathy shared on LinkedIn, adding that he is “excited for this new chapter and grateful for the journey that brought me here.” He also expressed his gratitude to Vidya Shankaran for the opportunity, and to Vaikashmon Ekambaram for the “wonderful onboarding experience and for being such a great workplace buddy.”
In his new role, Parthasarathy will focus on aligning talent acquisition closely with business priorities, enabling engineering growth, and adopting AI-native ways of working.
Before he joined PeerIslands, Parthasarathy had been a part of Agilisium Consulting. He worked at the company from November 2024 to February 2026 as Global Talent Acquisition Director. Before that, he was associated with ServiceNow, first as Talent Sourcing Manager – India / Asia Pacific & Japan from December 2021 to March 2023, and then became Senior Manager – Head of Talent Sourcing, India Development Centre.
For over 10 years, Parthasarathy was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), though not consecutively. He first joined the company in February 2007 as Lead – Campus Recruitment. In February 2009, Parthasarathy was appointed Assistant Manager – Human Resources and held the role until May 2011. He rejoined the company in July 2015 as Sourcing Leader- Technology Services and was promoted to Talent Sourcing Leader – India Verticals & Corporate Functions in June 2017.
Additionally, Parthasarathy worked at Accenture from May 2011 to May 2012 as a Senior Analyst, Human Resources, and from February 2015 to June 2015 as a Recruitment Specialist (Manager), Corporate Functions. Parthasarathy has also been affiliated with Nastrac Group and Pantaloon Retail India.
