PB Fintech appoints Amrita Pandey as Head of People and Culture. In the new role, she will bring nearly two decades of HR leadership across diverse sectors.
Her career spans several reputed organisations, including Park+, Yatra Online Ltd., Tenon Group, NIIT Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Wipro BPO and Naukri.com.
Over the years, she has built deep expertise in human-resource planning, leadership development, organisational design, HR transformation, shared services, total rewards and HR automation — enabling companies to scale while nurturing strong people-centric cultures.
In her earlier roles, Pandey served as Director HR at Park+, was Senior Vice President & Group Head – HR at Tenon Group, and earlier led HR & Employee Governance at Yatra Online.
Her earlier stints at NIIT, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Wipro BPO and Naukri.com helped her develop a strong foundation in HR shared services, performance management, rewards, automation, compliance and workforce optimisation.
Bringing this broad, cross-industry experience to PB Fintech, Pandey is expected to steer the company’s people and culture agenda, shaping inclusive workplaces, strengthening talent and leadership pipelines, and building robust HR frameworks that support both current operations and future growth.
