PayU appoints Diksha Kumari as the Lead HR Business Partner, Tech HR, to strengthen its people leadership as the fintech company continues to scale its technology and product capabilities.
In her new role, Kumari will work closely with technology leadership to drive people strategy, talent scalability and organisational effectiveness across PayU’s engineering-led teams.
At PayU, she is expected to partner with product and technology functions to support workforce planning, leadership capability, culture building and employee engagement in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment.
Her mandate includes enabling agile ways of working and supporting PayU’s ambition to build inclusive and borderless financial services across markets.
Prior to joining PayU, Kumari was Senior Manager – HR Business Partner at Xebia, where she supported high-growth technology teams and worked on building performance-driven and people-centric cultures.
She has also held HR leadership roles at Attra and Ness Digital Engineering. Earlier in her career, she worked with redBus, Oracle India, and Outsource Partners International (EXL), where she was exposed to global operations, complex technology ecosystems and core HR operations.
This diverse background has equipped her with a strong understanding of talent management, organisational design and HR partnering in distributed and high-performance environments.
