Paychex has appointed Shalini Seshadri as Head of Human Resources.

With over 20 years of experience in the world of HR, Seshadri is proficient in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, grievance handling, business partnering, mergers and acquisitions, internal communication and branding. In her new role, Seshadri will develop and execute HR strategies, oversee all HR functions, and ensure HR aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
Prior to joining Paychex, Seshadri had been a part of State Street for over eight years. She started with the company in May 2017 as Assistant Vice President and was then promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in April 2020.
From September 2012 to May 2017, Seshadri was working at Thomson Reuters as Talent and Development Manager, Human Resource Business Partner. She was also associated with Barclays from July 2009 to September 2012 as Assistant Manager- Human Resources.
In the past, Seshadri has also worked for companies like Adventity, SAP Labs India, and Symphony Teleca. The HR veteran has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources. Seshadri has a Continuing Coach Education (CCE) certification from the International Coaching Federation and provides freelance training in soft skills.
