Patil Group has appointed Janardhanan Narayanaswamy as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group CHRO at Patil Group!” Narayanaswamy shared on LinkedIn. Narayanaswamy brings with him extensive experience in enabling organisational transformation, talent & capability, leadership development, succession planning & institutionalising outcome-driven HR systems.
Prior to Patil Group, Narayanaswamy was with Magcore Lamination (India). From January 2025 to December 2025, he served as the company’s CHRO. He was also with Stovekraft from March 2023 to June 2024 as CHRO
From October 2016 to March 2023, Narayanaswamy was with Eris Oaknet Services as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, HR Strategy/Transformation. He was also associated with Adcock Ingram from February 2013 to September 2016 as Assistant Vice President (HR Head), Human Capital & Organisational Transformation.
In January 2009, Narayanaswamy joined Cadila Pharmaceuticals as Head of Human Resources and held the role until February 2013. Before that, he worked for Allergan from June 2007 to January 2009 as an HR Business Partner. In the past, he has also worked for Pfizer Capital and TTK Healthcare.
