Parle Products Appoints Vinayak Deshpande as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Prior to joining Parle Products, Deshpande had been a part of Amazon for over four years. He joined the company in March 2021 as Regional Lead, Human Resources, and then became Head, Human Resources – UK & Europe in July 2022.
In February 2016, Deshpande joined Kerry as Director & Head of Human Resources, South West Asia. He was then given the role of Director Human Resources, SWA and Mergers & Acquisition HR Head, Middle East, India & Africa, a position he retained until March 2021.
From September 2014 to February 2016, Deshpande worked for GSK as General Manager – Human Resources. He was also associated with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as General Manager – Human Resources from May 2011 to September 2014. In September 2007, Deshpande became Sr. Manager – Human Resources for PepsiCo.
For over 5 years, Deshpande was a part of ACC Limited. He started working for the company in June 2002 as an Assistant Manager. This was followed by his becoming Assistant Manager – Corporate HR in April 2006.
