Parle Biscuits has appointed Apoorva Chawla as Head- Global Talent Acquisition and HR – International Business.

With over 12 years of experience, Chawla is well-versed in talent development, organisational culture, leadership enablement, and learning strategies. Having worked across industries and companies, she strives to bring the human back into HR. Her leadership style is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on long-term transformation.
Before Parle Biscuits, Chawla had been associated with Cohizon Life Sciences. From August 2022 to December 2025, she worked at the company as Director and Head of People Development and Business HR.
For over 4 years, Chawla was associated with Cipla. She joined in October 2017 as Manager- HRBP and then became Senior Manager- Human Resources Business Partner for Global Supply Chain in July 2020. This was followed by her appointment as Associate Director, Lead – Talent and Learning in June 2022.
From May 2016 to September 2017, Chawla worked for Infosys as Senior Associate Lead- BPHR. She was also associated with Synapse Information Services from May 2015 to April 2016 as a part of the HR team. Chawla was with Usha International from May 2013 to December 2014 as Assistant Manager- HR.
