Pall Corporation, a Danaher Corporation company, has appointed Swapnil Kulkarni as Director of Human Resources.

In his new role, Kulkarni will oversee the company’s HR operations in India while providing strategic partnership and leadership to multiple businesses and functions across Asia-Pacific (APAC).
Prior to joining Pall Corporation, Kulkarni was a part of Philips for over 7 years. In January 2018, he joined the company as General Manager of Human Resources. In this role, Kulkarni led the HR of Philips Healthcare for multiple global businesses.
Kulkarni was affiliated with the Volvo Group for over a decade. He started working for the company in January 2008 as Deputy Manager of HR. In October 2014, Kulkarni was promoted to the role of Senior Manager of Human Resources, a position he retained until December 2017.
From January 2005 to December 2007, Kulkarni was affiliated with TE Connectivity as Executive HR. Through campus recruitment, he had joined the company as a Management Trainee – Plant HR..
Kulkarni has a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) in HR Development from XLRI Jamshedpur.
