Rohit Iyer has been named as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of OwnGCC.

Iyer expressed his own happiness about his new role, stating, “Excited to enter the next phase of my career. Helping build OwnGCC. Thank you, Rajeev Kumar. Let’s do this!”
With over two decades of experience building and scaling talent organisations across global enterprises and large Global Capability Centres, Iyer has a deep, hands-on understanding of what makes talent systems truly work.
Iyer previously served as Director – L&D, Leadership Coaching COE, DEI for PwC from September 2020 to December 2025. He was also with KPMG from October 2017 to September 2020, serving as an Associate Director – Learning & Development.
From January 2016 to October 2017, Iyer worked as Learning and Talent Development Business Solutions Lead. In the past, Iyer has also worked for Honeywell, Thomson Reuters, Firstsource Solutions, and eLearning.
