Hemant brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, having worked across diverse industries including agro-chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, engineering, automotive, and media. His journey spans every level, from plant operations to regional and corporate leadership, shaping his belief that HR is more than policies and processes; it’s about fostering environments where people can thrive, innovate, and contribute to something greater. Among his notable achievements are establishing skill centers, designing leadership pipelines, and implementing systems that streamline operations while empowering employees.
Hemant has also worked with Mayur Uniquoters Limited, Willowood Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Sun Pharma, and Yokohama India, where he successfully led HR transformations, ensured compliance, and drove large-scale talent initiatives.
