Orient Electric has announced that its Chief Human Resources Officer, Aditya Kohli, will step down from his role effective March 24, 2026, concluding a four-year tenure with the company. The development was disclosed through a regulatory filing in line with SEBI listing requirements.
Kohli submitted his resignation on February 24, 2026, stating his intention to pursue a new professional opportunity outside the organisation. The company confirmed that he will continue in his position until his last working day to ensure a smooth transition.
During his tenure, Kohli played a key role in strengthening Orient Electric’s people strategy, contributing to initiatives across talent management, organisational culture, HR transformation and technology-led HR practices. The company also earned recognition as a “Great Place to Work” for multiple consecutive years during this period, reflecting its focus on building a people-centric workplace.
With more than two decades of experience in human resources, Kohli has previously worked with organisations including Hewitt Associates, Standard Chartered Bank, Bharti Airtel and Clix Capital, bringing cross-industry and global HR expertise to the role.
Orient Electric has not yet announced a successor, and further details regarding the leadership transition are expected closer to his exit date.
